Jason Berk is a New Jersey-born, Bay Area–raised musician whose career spans over twenty years, with appearances on stages around the world. He has released four acclaimed records and built a reputation as a sought-after sideman and session player.
Jason has performed and recorded with a remarkable list of artists, including Micky Dolenz, Rick Wakeman, Sondre Lerche, members of R.E.M., The Beach Boys, The Lovin’ Spoonful and Evie Sands, whose band he has played with since 2017. Highlights include appearances at the International Pop Overthrow festival, a full performance of Paul & Linda McCartney’s RAM at the Troubadour with Wings drummer Denny Seiwell, and tours with Cat Power (Cat Power Sings Dylan), Louise Goffin, and Evie Sands & Bridget St. John.
In 2025, Jason joined Elliot James Reay’s band opening for Benson Boone on his American Heart arena tour, culminating in a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden, before heading to London to record at Abbey Road Studios for the Goffin & King Songwriters Foundation.
Today, Jason continues to write, record, and perform while teaching music and production to students of all ages.
